Our Customer Connection portal has been a great success in the past. We consistently strive to make improvements to the site by keeping up with the latest technology. Presently, we are working to develop an improved portal for you and, as such, have made the current unavailable for the time being.  We apologize for any inconvenience raised during this phase and ask for your patience as we complete our upgrade. In the meantime, you will receive periodic updates on the progress of your home via email. Please note that we will be notifying you as soon as we launch the newest version of our Customer Connection.

While we certainly understand your excitement during the construction progress of your new home, we remain concerned for your personal safety. For this reason, should you wish to visit our active construction site, we remind you that you are required to be escorted by a Brookfield employee at all times; it is vitally important that you not visit the site without the expressed approval from the Site Superintendent.
